If you would like to support our work financially there are a number of methods – all donations will be put to good use in meeting the needs of local young people.

Easy Fundraising:

Mendip YMCA have registered with the easy fundraising website, this is a brilliant way for anyone to raise money for Mendip YMCA!  All you have to do is ensure you purchase any goods through this site and a percentage will be donated to Mendip YMCA. 

You will have to register yourself with this site first and state you want to support Mendip YMCA, please follow the directions below to register:

• Visit www.easyfundraising.org.uk
• Under ‘Support your cause’ type in the search box ‘Mendip’ and select ‘Mendip YMCA’ from the drop down list
•  A new page will appear entitled ‘Register as a supporter’.  Fill in your details, agree to the terms and then select ‘Register’.

Once you are registered all you have to do is:

• Visit www.easyfundraising.org.uk
• In the top right-hand corner enter your email address and password, which you provided when you registered and login.
• Once logged in there is a search bar at the top of the screen, just start entering the retailer you are wanting to purchase from and select from the drop down list.
• Then just click on the big orange icon ‘Go shopping’- the site will open in a new window and you'll be on your way to raising funds for Mendip YMCA! 

This will be a huge help for Mendip YMCA!!  

Standing Orders:

A regular donation of £2 a month or more will enable us to plan ahead for our work with young & homeless people.

Your money will: 

• Help to create supported accommodation 
• Teach social skills 
• Provide training, job search & support 
• Help young people move on and support themselves and their families

Gift Aid:

Gift aid will enable us to reclaim the tax on your donation at no extra cost to you. For every pound you give us, we get an extra 28 pence from the Inland Revenue, making your donation go even further. This means that £100 can be turned into £128, just as long as the donations are made through gift aid.
