This scheme receives referrals from Referral Agencies for 16 – 25 year olds who are homeless or threatened with homelessness and in need of support.

Support is wide ranging and will include help with finding and securing accommodation, setting up home and assisting with the transition to independent living

Our workers will help 

• Sort out Housing Benefit 
• Sort out Welfare Benefits 
• Sort out your money 
• With Moving 
• Setting up home and managing your tenancy 
• Referrals to and support with appointments to other agencies such as the Job Centre, Connect South West, Housing Department, etc 
• Support with life skills 
• Listen to you 
• At times of crisis

If you fit the above criteria you can be referred through the following agencies:

Council Access Points, Mendip District Council, Connect South West, CAB Offices, Social Services or Mendip YMCA Routes.
